Lisa S. Jackman is an executive recruiter and the President and Founder of LL Jackman & Associates. Prior to starting LL Jackman & Associates, Ms. Jackman was a Principal in the Los Angeles office of Korn/Ferry International focusing on the consumer and financial services industries. While at Korn/Ferry International, Ms. Jackman was promoted quickly and was recognized for her flexibility in working with a variety of industries, filling senior level searches throughout the world.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1997, Ms. Jackman served as Manager in the Hospitality Practice of K.P.M.G. Peat Marwick where she was an advisor to hotel companies, timeshare companies and investment banks. Prior to that Ms. Jackman was an Assistant Vice President of the Hospitality Group of PaineWebber where she assessed strategies and financial performance of hotel public companies; assisted in the IPO process; and evaluated market positioning, management, and operating performance of numerous properties as part of the due diligence for Real Estate Investment Trusts.

She joined investment banking after spending three years as Manager and Owner Liaison for Hyatt Hotels Corporation while getting her MBA in the evening. She began her career as an Account Officer for Citicorp Real Estate.

Ms. Jackman holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Management degree from Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University.

Patricia Buckley-Cook

Patricia earned a B.A. in Political Science from the College of The Holy Cross. She joined the L.L. Jackman team in 2007. Prior to that, she conducted searches in the financial services and legal industries and held leadership positions with Chubb Insurance. Her cross-industry knowledge allows her to hone in on well-qualified prospects to meet the needs of a diverse client base. After more than a decade in Executive Search, she says her favorite part of the process is uncovering and connecting high performing people with clients to meet their talent acquisition needs.

Trish is based in the Washington, D.C. area.

Cheri Henderson

Cheri has a BA Degree from UCLA and after a brief stint in sales she discovered she didn't like the transactional nature of the sales world but preferred building relationships and learning more about what makes people tick.  She accepted a position with an RPO company in 2003 where she recruited Recruiters across the US for various outsourced projects and then in 2006 she went out on her own.  In 2007 she joined LL Jackman & Associates where she has continued to grow her skill set in the recruitment of passive candidates across a number of different verticals including; marketing, sales, insurance, media and non-profit.  She is highly driven, an excellent communicator and well versed in meeting tight deadlines and matching top tier candidates with client needs.

Deb Ryan

Deb has a BA degree in Social Work and some thirty years in the human resources and recruiting industries. She has worked as a Human Resource Manager for United Healthcare Corporation and has been employed as a Recruiter for the health services, mortgage, manufacturing and utilities industries. For the past eleven years she has worked as a Senior Recruiter with LL Jackman and Associates assisting top insurance brokers and carriers on the placement of sales, senior management, IT, marketing, account management, analysts and other professionals. Deb is an excellent communicator / negotiator and is adept at matching both the client’s business needs and a candidates career goals.
